Just reflecting back on the ongoing achievements of the hardworking volunteer Trustees at Mexborough Athletic Sports & Social Club following the latest AGM on Thu evening.
Cllr Gibbons joined as a Trustee around 2016 and continues to support the hard & tireless work of a handful of local community minded people who continue to maintain such important community & recreational areas in our town for all to enjoy.
Huge thanks to Donna Bennett & her team of volunteers who have transformed what was former Mexborough Youth Club (which was about to be ‘mothballed’ by Trustees a couple of years ago due to spiralling costs) into a vibrant and sustainable MexCommunityHub which now serves the whole community
