***MEXBOROUGH TOWN CENTRE MASTERPLAN CONSULTATION DEADLINE EXTENDED AGAIN***
Just to let you know that the deadline for the consultation has now been extended a further month to 15th March 2021 following our complaint to the CEO of Doncaster Council and a meeting we had on 6th January.
We have arranged a 2.5-hour meeting with council officers and the Masterplan consultants David Lock Associates on 17th Feb to go through their proposals and the consultation feedback so far.
This is the first opportunity for the three of us to go through the detail and timeline of this most important piece of work affecting our town in a generation.
Our last session on 26th Nov 2020 was the day the so-called ‘Mexborough Futures’ consultation was launched by Ros Jones (against our involvement and wishes) and we only received the draft slides completed in Oct 2019 on the evening of 26th Nov 2020!
We will keep you posted on developments and will keep fighting for our town on your behalf!
