Former DMBC Day Centre is an absolute disgrace & serious safety issue…reported to Peter Dale for URGENT ATTENTION as owner not secured the building.
This site has been vandalised time and time again and is a disaster waiting to happen.
Cllr Gibbons reported again to senior Director Doncaster Council yesterday evening in response to further complaints from local residents and also informed landlord that building would be secured under Section 77/78 legislation (Dangerous Structures).
South Yorkshire Police Doncaster West NHP also attended last night to deal with local youths, who attacked the building once again.
Please ensure your children stay away from the building as it is a serious health & safety issue and riddled with asbestos.
Also, call 999 if you see any youths/individuals attacked the site while action is being taken to fully secure.
