Cllr Andy Pickering and Sean Gibbons have just had a really positive planning meeting with the Canal & Rivers Trust on Mexborough canal paths looking at the issues of overgrown trees, litter, fly-tipping, unsafe/slippy footpaths etc. We are moving towards a volunteer clean-up day on Sat 15th or 22nd Nov and will confirm exact arrangements asap.
