Busy Saturday at Mexborough First Councillor Surgery HS2 residents meeting, emergency food parcel provided via Mexborough Foodbank & litter-picking with the Mexborough Ferryboat Association team.
Have to say though…it was Tracey Gibbons who picked-up most of the 15 bags of litter! Plus, Enis, Pam & Chas.
Also, great work by Charlie, Dan installing new litter bins along the canal plus Phil Barker for digging out a lot of silt on the Ferryboat Slipway
Also, Cllr Pickering made a guest appearance earlier to do some litter-picking!
Love it when volunteers all come together – Royal British Legion Mexborough Swinton and Kilnhurst Branch, Mexborough Community Campus – Masters, Mexborough Ferryboat Association and Mexborough First to help to improve our town.
