Mexborough First Cllrs have been out and about in Mexborough today following-up complaints from local residents and identifying community issues/hot-spot areas.
Community issues identified and reported to Doncaster MBC/St Leger Homes for action as follows –
1) Potholes/resurfacing works required on Dodsworth Street
2) Cleansing of adjacent alleyway to Premier Store on Wath Road
3) Over-flowing rubbish bins outside Edwardian Bedding on Bank Street
4) Potholes/resurfacing works on Cedar Avenue
5) Urgent repairs/resurfacing works required on McColl’s car park on Cedar Avenue (reported directly to McColl’s Head Office and to DMBC for follow-up action
6) Cleansing of spare land/overgrowth off top of Cedar Avenue (St Leger Homes land)
7) Cleansing required of area behind wooden fencing at top of Market Street off Stenton’s Terrace
8) Surfacing works required on Bank Street
9) Cleansing off rear of Nat West Bank on banking (behind old toilets)
10) Cleansing at rear, front and area around old chinese take-away at bottom of Arnold Crescent
11) Cleansing of Beaconsfield Street & Schofield Street
12) Cleansing of Laburnum Road and footpath leading up to Old Farm Court
