Grant via Coalfields Regeneration Trust – England – £300,000 (2006)

Mexborough Resource Centre sold for (Sep 2018) – £120,000

Property value in 2020 (when Mexborough Community Partnership liquidated) – £300,000+

Person who has most benefited – Mr Peter Newman / Mexborough Business Centre (circa £200,000)

Monies finally coming back into Mexborough when matter finalised & all liquidator / legal costs settled – less than £7,000…yes just £7,000….following extensive legal costs instigated by the liquidator to attempt to reverse the ‘very questionable’ deal done in Sep 2018 by MCP!
